How it works

Photograph it
In daylight: a close-up, one with a coin or pen beside it for scale, and one wet and one dry. A freshly broken surface helps.

Tell us the area
The region or district is enough. Keep the exact spot to yourself for now.

Get a first view
An honest opinion on whether it is worth testing. A photo cannot confirm anything — most shiny yellow rock is pyrite (fool's gold) or mica, and most green stone is not emerald.

Lab testing
If it is worth it, we arrange testing through an accredited laboratory. We tell you the cost and the process before anything is sent.

If it's real
We can help with the next steps — licensing, and finding a serious partner to develop it.
Before you send
Protect your find
Don't post photos that show the location on social media, or share the exact spot with people you don't trust.
Respect licences
Don't take samples from land licensed to someone else without their permission.
Stay safe
Never go into old pits, shafts or tunnels to collect samples.
Watch for scams
Nobody can tell a rock's value from a photo. Be careful with anyone who asks for money upfront to "confirm" it.
