Golis coordinates local execution in Somaliland. Geological interpretations, resource statements, engineering designs, environmental studies, legal opinions and other regulated or professional conclusions are performed or signed by appropriately qualified professionals. We arrange meetings and follow them up; we don't guarantee approvals, and we don't make payments to officials.
